Our Story
A table for the whole town
Family-owned, home-cooked, and right on Franklin Street.
Who we are
The Grazin Table on Franklin is Amanda Saxon's family restaurant in the heart of Haskell. It's the kind of place where the coffee's hot at 7 AM, the chicken fried steak comes out bigger than the plate, and the staff treats you like you've been coming in for years, even on your first visit.
We cook the food our families grew up on: real breakfasts, hand-breaded plates, burgers off the grill, and vegetables that taste like somebody's kitchen, because they came out of one.
Part of Haskell, not just in it
When Hurricane Helene hit North Carolina in the fall of 2024, this restaurant became a drop-off point for relief supplies. Neighbors filled the place with donations, and we helped get them loaded and sent east. That's what a small-town table is for. When something matters to Haskell, it matters to us.
